The following list are tools I like to use to help me in virus, malware and spyware removal. I recommend to visit each site, download the Personal Edition or Free Edition, install and update each tool, immunize using each tool, and run a full system scan one at a time, deleting all infections.

Some of the scanners may want to restart the system, and perform a pre-boot scan. If this is suggested, do so, and continue scanning with the other tools when it's completed. Again, it's preferable to delete all infections.

Preceed your cleaning with CCleaner to remove all temp files and other misc lurking environments that viruses like to hang out in. If you cannot run this before the scanners, do so after.
